At Tarana Amin, each piece is made-to-order with thoughtful craftsmanship, designed to be as personal as the occasion it’s worn for. Please review the policy below before placing your order.

No Refunds / No Exchanges

All purchases are final sale.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any order—as every piece is carefully crafted for you.

In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us at taranaaminatelier@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will assist you with the same.

No Cancellations or Modifications

Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or changed under any circumstances, as production begins shortly after confirmation.

Made-to-Order & Handcrafted Disclaimer

Every Tarana Amin piece is custom made for you. Due to the nature of artisanal production: 

• Color, embroidery, and style may slightly vary due to photographic lighting, screen settings, or hand-crafted techniques.

• These variations are not considered defects, but a hallmark of unique, handcrafted garments.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@taranaamin.com.
